Moss and soil build-up on rock - Greenland

This rock is about 3-4m (10-13ft) high with a carpet of moss and soil about 30cm (1 foot) thick on top of it. I like the way the moss and plants look like they have been laid as a carpet in between the rocks, which in a way I suppose, they have.
